Session 1 - Free Online University

 

Lesson 1

In this first session we will cover community Lingo; this is an important area that needs to be understood and comprehended. Your sessions and reading information will use this lingo in order to convey what’s going in set, in field or writing online. Within any PUA realm you will here these terms and others used on a regular bases. Always use as many of these terms as possible while in field or with your wing so that others will not pick up on what your intentions are. Coaches will often use these terms to explain and guide you in your process in and out of the field. Using and understanding the terms below should increase your odds of understanding the art of pick-up.

Community Lingo

  • PUA: Pick-Up Artist
  • HB: Hot Babe (with numbers 7-9)
  • SHB: Super Hot Babe (9s & 10s)
  • SET: Group Of Girls (2 set, 3 set)
  • MIXED SET: Group Containing Men
  • AMOG: Alpha Male Of Group
  • KINO: Touching
  • OPENER: The First Thing Out Of Your Mouth
  • TARGET: Girl In The Set That You Want
  • IOI: Indicator Of Interest
  • SARGING: Going Out To Test Material
  • WINGMAN: Your Partner Or Obstacle Blocker
  • CLOSE: N = Number, K = Kiss, or F = Full.


Lesson 2

After you understand the lingo, you will want to start figuring out where your home base sarging ground will be. This is the place where you will devote your time to testing out material, and learning how to deliver openers, threads, and bounce targets. Knowing where you are and the surrounding areas is very valuable to a PUA. These are a list of areas that are public that tend to have a steady flow of individuals to start your adventures as a PUA. Try to find a location that is close and has several other possible locations close by. Choose a location that has a high turnover of potential targets.

Lesson 3

Military organizations use the motto, “three S’s” for shit, shave, and shower. These are the basics in military life. Same with the art of Pickup, you will always want these five items in balance on any sarge attempt. These are important factors that will become more and more valuable the more you study within PU. They are the single most important but basic items to take care of.

Five Basics To Handle

  • Shave. A girl will always like a clean well shaved face.
  • Shower. Wear deodorants, use body wash and keep finger nails clipped and well groomed.
  • Stylish. Read Magazines and keep in touch with mens fashion. TV and Hollywood give a great deal of ideas influence on where the fashion is going.
  • Smell. A girl will remember what you smell like even after the initial meeting. A single spray on each wrist and one on your collar should be ok.
  • Shoes. For a Girl, the shoes are the first clue of High Value. Keep them clean, with a good fit. Name brands are not a need.

 




Lesson 4

Now that you have done your homework, you know where you are going, you have took the measures to look your very best, you understand the lingo it is time to start working on becoming that new you. This confidence challenge is set up to prepare your mind to repitive acts that will in the long run create great habits and provide a foundation to social proof and attractiveness. Ounce you are finished with these exercises email me the results and let me know your progression. I will reply with some feed back and make sure you are heading in the right decision.

Confidence Challenge

  • First, go to a local area where there is a large number of people. Your goal here is to just make eye contact with 10 girls.
  • Secondly, Your next goal is to smile after you make eye contact. You can start with guys, employees, old people, or even kids. Make eye contact, and smile at them. Do this to 10 different people.
  • Thirdly, make eye contact, smile, and then say HI! No need to carry on conversation just practice saying HI, after you smile and make eye contact.
